一.个人简介
张博,男,1989年出生于河南省漯河市,2013年6月毕业于吉林大学化学学院材料化学系,获理学学士学位,后于2015年转入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院硕博连读,并于2018年6月获得微电子学与固体电子学理学博士学位。2018年7月,加入欧洲杯正规下单平台电子工程系倪屹教授团队,任讲师职务。
迄今为止,在气体传感器权威杂志上共发表SCI论文14篇(含一区12篇,二区1篇,三区1篇),CSCD核心期刊一篇。其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文4篇,通讯作者身份论文2篇,同时申请国家发明专利4项。
截止目前,研究方向集中在低温高性能气体传感器阵列的开发与应用上,涉及材料制备和表征、器件制作、工艺优化以及机理探究等。并以项目负责人的身份分别于2019年6月和8月获得江苏省自然科学基金青年基金和国家自然科学基金青年基金资助,另主持江南大学基本科研计划青年基金一项。
