The Institute boasts a high-quality reasonably structured teacher team, mainly young and middle-aged teachers. The team consists of more than 200 faculty members, of whom more than 140 are full-time teachers, two teachers are chosen as “The Yangtze River Scholar” and “Jiangsu Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent”, seven teachers are praised as “New Century Excellent Talents” of the Ministry of Education, 17 teachers are listed in the “333 High-level Talent Project" and “Qing Lan Project” and 15 teachers are listed in Six Major Talents Peak Project of Jiangsu Province. In addition, there are two Jiangsu excellent technology innovation teams.
